Hot up the Dance Floor

As the weather cools down let’s turn the heat up on the dance floor.  Winter is a time to snuggle and watch the DVD’s as it rains on the ol’ tin roof, but it’s also the perfect time to get your dancing revved up.  Dancing warms you up in moments, keeps all those yummy warm winter dishes off the hips and Backbeat are offering $10 classes all winter long.  Now is the perfect time to learn to dance, come back to dance class and have some fun this winter. 
Beginners & Drops Workshop

Beginner and drops workshops this June,  sign up for a workshop today.  Workshops are a great way for us to teach you with more detail tips and pointers on moves and technique. It is an environment that enables you to practice outside of class.  We are offering two separate classes, one for beginners (DVD included) and one for intermediate with our drops class.  Classes are dependent on demand so make sure you sign up with Suzie, Doreen or Jo

2nd Birthday Success!  We celebrated our 2nd birthday on the 18th April and had an absolute ball!  Our famous stars and actors walked the red carpet as they were met by paparrazzi’s upon entry of the fantastic event.   Many famous people came including, James Dean, Lindsey Lohan, Roxy from Chicago, Elvis, Dr Evil, Michael Jackson, Dame Edna, Elizabeth Taylor, James Bond, Nicole Kidman, Bruce Willis plus heaps more.  The night revealed two awesome dance performances,  Ray and Helens Michael Buble, Feeling Good Routine and Richard and Jade’s Britney Spears, Circus routine.  There was also a sexy moves class in the late of the night.  You can check out the photos on our Facebook site, Backbeat Dancing. 


We have started a new page on Facebook for all our Backbeat fans!  You can check out all the photos from a variety of events and the Academy Awards night we recently had.  We will also keep it up to date with any events so you can easily invite your friends to come along.  We have also loaded some of our routines on YouTube, there is a link on our home page so its easy to find.  Check it out and mail it to your friends.
